For new installs and system rebuilds, we come out for a free on-site consultation and give you a written scope and quote before anything starts. For repairs, there's a call-out fee plus an hourly rate billed in 15-minute increments, plus parts. Most repairs are fixed inside the first hour. And if a job runs over and we need to come back another day for the same issue, there's no second call-out fee — you only pay for the extra time. Call David on 0468 031 990 for current rates.

In peak season, usually within 2-3 days. Off-season is quicker. For same-day emergencies we can arrange priority call-outs at a premium.
